Marketing and Communications
The Communications Team approaches every project as an opportunity to gain visibility and continued engagement. Promotional pieces are designed to communicate member value, keep readers absorbed, and market programs to the right audience with the right message—resulting in higher membership, retention, and program participation.
As a team whose services are shared by all of MSP’s association clients, the Communications Team is able to take advantage of best practices research and insight on successful projects that may benefit other clients.
Services Include:
Developing marketing plans and strategies, branding, and schedules for membership and all association program and services.
Creating core messages and copy.
Creating promotional materials, including emails, direct mail, ads, press releases, videos, websites, and apps.
Creating and implementing advertising campaigns.
Developing social media strategies and maintaining social media platforms.
Managing the creation of association newsletters, magazines, and publications.
Fostering relationships within the industry; communicating with like-minded organizations.
Designing, building, and maintaining websites.
