Ivy Caro, CGMP

In her position as CLE Coordinator, Ivy Caro supports all of MSP’s legal clients by coordinating the continuing legal education (CLE) accreditation process for association meetings including national conferences, section and division meetings, and webinars.

Ivy also has over 20 years of experience in the meetings and hospitality industry. She started her career working in catering sales for Marriott Hotels in the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C., areas.  She then transitioned to the meeting planning side of the industry and handled several events ranging from 100 to 6,000 attendees while working at Spargo Inc. and other nonprofit associations. Additionally, Ivy’s background includes full-cycle meeting logistics, housing/room block management, site selection and contract negotiation, registration, food and beverage planning, speaker management, sponsorship fulfillment, and special events.
